From village, to Kampala, to your cup
Coffee with a paper trail.
We move single-origin Ugandan coffee from collection stores in Bugisu, Rwenzori and West Nile, through our Kampala roastery, to over 40 retail shops — and let you scan a code on the pouch to see exactly where it came from.

How it works
A platform, not just a brand.
Every step the coffee takes is logged: by an agent at a village collection store, a transport handler, a roastery operator, a delivery rider on a tracked bike, and finally — you, when you scan.
Logged at the source
Agents at our 6 collection stores log farmer ID, weight, variety and processing the moment coffee arrives.
Tracked end-to-end
Every batch movement — village to regional hub to Kampala — is timestamped and signed off by the handler.
Live delivery map
Our dispatcher dashboard shows every bike on the road in real time, so we know precisely when your shop is restocked.
Roasted in Kampala
Roast date, processing method and tasting notes are recorded per batch — printed on the pouch and on the QR page.
Scan the pouch
Each retail pouch carries a unique QR code. Scan it to see the journey of your specific bag of coffee.
Farmer consent first
We only show farmer or co-op names with explicit consent. Otherwise, we anonymize while keeping the journey transparent.
